Dawnie Marie

Image
Dawnie Marie is a puppeteer, producer, and podcaster known for working with GLOP and making puppet videos on TikTok. She worked alongside several Muppet performers within GLOP as well as others such as Gwen Hollander, Edi Patterson, Cheri Vanden Heuvel, and Anna Wang. Dawnie also hosts her own two podcasts known as Living Swindled Podcast and The Lent List, the latter of which is found on Instagram of course. Marie must've felt very excited when selected to perform alongside female Muppet performers at GLOP, the company where women puppeteers get together and make productions. Maybe someday she will work with them on a future Muppet production, you never know when that will happen. She has also frequently worked with creative producers and puppet makers on projects like Kaleb & Ms. Kelsey for example. Other projects in which Dawnie Marie was involved with include Bonkers and Lazor Wulf, as well as producing for The Rainbow Bridge and Cicadas. She even got to be casting assistan...

Michele Durler

Image
Michele Durler was a British actress, writer, and puppeteer who was best known for her work on Playdays appearing on camera as Bisty Bob and performing the puppet Milly Sprocket. She performed alongside Nick Mercer who did Morris Cog as well as the Playdays puppeteers Sally Preisig, Ellie Darvill, and Sue Monroe. Michele also presented on Fun Song Factory, Rotten Ralph, and Sunnyside Up, and also wrote episodes of The Story Makers. I wonder how Durler voiced Milly Sprocket in scenes when she appeared as Bitsy Bob, though my best assumption would be through pre-recorded vocals or something. It's a pity she hasn't done any productions following The Story Makers, but at least she had the chance to puppeteer during select episodes of Playdays. She also worked with three Henson performers, apart from Preisig, including Katherine Smee and Michael Bayliss on a show called The Parkies. Michele Durler must have been interviewed for her work in children's television following her wor...

Julie Burroughs

Image
Julie Burroughs is a Canadian voice actress and puppeteer who performed the role of Tuk on the show Wumpa's World, paired with Jani Lauzon who did Seeka. That was probably the only known production she puppeteered on in her career. Most of Julie's other credits were voiceover roles or dubbing roles in TV shows and films. Some of the shows Burroughs lent her voice to include The Wombles, The Bellflower Bunnies, and Snowsnaps, while her dubbing credits include Arthur, the Total Drama franchise, and many others. It's a shame she only puppeteered on Wumpa's World, but at least she worked with three Sesame Park performers on that show; Lauzon, Pier Paquette, and Tim Gosley. There should be more information about her online besides the websites that already got some of course, whoever knows? Julie Burroughs has also dubbed for international versions of live-action films like Scooby-Doo, Elf, Freaky, and Smile, to name a few. One of these days she'll probably be interviewe...
