Katie Williams

Katie Williams (not to be confused with someone else) is an Australian puppeteer, puppet maker, and stop-motion modeler who is known for working with many companies. She puppeteered a Jim Henson's Creature Shop puppet on the Coldplay World Tour in Australia (originally used in Puppet Up). Katie is also known for working on the feature film Isle of Dogs as a maker for the stop-motion figures and also worked at Aardman Animations for a Coldplay music video. Williams also puppeteered on Knee High Spies (working with director Jack Jameson), Beep & Morp, Sunny, and Grow Your Oak, just to name a few. In addition to working in Australia, she also worked in the UK as some of the projects mentioned above are British ones. British shows she did include Clangers, The Tiny & Small Show, and a couple of ads filmed in the UK but sent to America. Katie Williams shouldn't be confused with Katy Williams as both are completely different people, despite being puppeteers and having the same name. I wonder who the other puppeteers were on that Coldplay "Music of the Spheres" World Tour, because she was bound to have met a few Muppet puppeteers. It's amazing how this puppeteer was able to perform live in front of all of those people alongside a famous rock band. Of course, there are plenty of other folks in the world who puppeteered with the Coldplay rock band, besides Katie. Maybe in the future, Willaims will get her chance to perform a Muppet-type puppet again on a future Henson Company project. If any more get filmed in Australia that is, you never know. But whatever the case is, she should continue to create and perform puppets and model stop-motion figures, as both are great skills. Katie Williams, you are fantastic when it comes to both puppets and stop-motion projects. You must have felt very excited to perform a Muppet-type puppet live on stage in Australia. Claire Roi Harvey

Claire Roi Harvey is a puppeteer and performer whose only Henson Company show she ever worked on was The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. I don't know why she hasn't performed in other Henson projects or even assisted the Muppets for Muppets Most Wanted. Clare has been a puppeteer for film, TV, theatre, and commercials. Outside of The Dark Crystal, she has worked on various other projects such as Feeling Better, three Star Wars films, and Doctor Who, to name a couple. She must have been pretty lucky to work with many creature/puppeteer teams bringing incredible characters to life. Harvey at least had a chance to perform with many Muppet puppeteers such as Damian Farrell, Brian Herring, Dave Chapman and many more. Bob Stutt

Bob Stutt is a Canadian puppeteer and writer whose Henson work started on Fraggle Rock. On Fraggle Rock, he served as a principal supporting puppeteer, performing episodic/background roles, and even filled in as regular characters (to pre-recorded tracks). For Sesame Street, Bob worked on the Canadian co-production, Sesame Park where he replaced Tim Gosley as Basil as well as the first Sesame Street film Follow That Bird. Stutt even assisted the Muppets within A Muppet Family Christmas and The Jim Henson Hour. Why didn't he show off his writing talents to Jim Henson? Outside of Muppets, his best known show was Under the Umbrella Tree as a writer and performer of Iggy Iguana and others.
