Jim Jinkins

Jim Jinkins is an animator, cartoonist, kids' author, and actor who is perhaps best known for founding the companies Jumbo Pictures and Cartoon Pizza. With the latter company, he produced a segment on Sesame Street called Global Thingy, in which he also voiced the title character. At Jumbo Pictures, Jim created the ever-popular series Doug (both versions) as well as creating Allegra's Window, PB&J Otter, and 101 Dalmatians: The Series. At Cartoon Pizza, Jinkins created JoJo's Circus, Stanley (series), and Pinky Dinky Doo (co-produced by Sesame Workshop). It's amazing how one animator can create all of those different shows for different broadcasting networks over the years. Not a lot of people know this, but before becoming an animator, he served as a puppeteer on Pinwheel where he performed Minus and assisted Brad Williams on the live-hand puppets. In addition to Williams, Jim Jinkins performed with Craig Marin and Olga Felgemacher, and years later, he worked with puppets again on Allegra's Window with several puppeteers from Sesame Street and Henson Company. Working for both Nickelodeon and Disney really made this man a natural at animating and producing original series for folks to enjoy. If people were to watch his interview on the nostalgia podcast, they would be amazed to learn about his life, not to mention starting out as a puppeteer. Jim is still around and doing regular volunteer work with his wife, according to his LinkedIn. Jinkins should be proud to have run such wonderful companies that produces animated programs for kids of all ages to enjoy. He'll probably never forget doing Pinwheel because from there, he evolved into the animator people know and love to this day. There isn't anyone that can replace him if his companies start up again. Jim Jinkins, your animation skills made you a real star, and you should be honored to have produced segments for Sesame Street back in 2003. Your two companies will always be in our hearts and your shows will never be forgotten. People will now know that you were once a puppeteer on Pinwheel. Until then, peace Jim. Heather Quinn

Heather Quinn is a British puppeteer, cosplayer, singer, and gossiper who did many puppet characters for social media. She is also the only puppeteer who does cosplay, in other words, dresses and acts like their favorite character from a show. Heather also has a love for anything vintage, which I personally find to be unique for a person to like things from the past. Quinn hasn't done anything Muppet-related in her life, in fact she's probably never even heard of the Muppets or the Henson Company. However she has puppeteered many times for social media such as TikTok and Instagram. One of her puppets resembles an Ewok from the Star Wars franchise, which could give a clue that she's a Star Wars fan as well. Claire Roi Harvey

Claire Roi Harvey is a puppeteer and performer whose only Henson Company show she ever worked on was The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. I don't know why she hasn't performed in other Henson projects or even assisted the Muppets for Muppets Most Wanted. Clare has been a puppeteer for film, TV, theatre, and commercials. Outside of The Dark Crystal, she has worked on various other projects such as Feeling Better, three Star Wars films, and Doctor Who, to name a couple. She must have been pretty lucky to work with many creature/puppeteer teams bringing incredible characters to life. Harvey at least had a chance to perform with many Muppet puppeteers such as Damian Farrell, Brian Herring, Dave Chapman and many more.
