Paulo Henrique

Paulo Henrique is a Brazilian puppeteer, actor, writer, and director who performed Cookie Monster (or Come-Come) and others on the Brazilian co-production Sesamo and related appearances since 2016. In addition to Sesamo, he also dubbed Cookie Monster on most projects as well, such as Hotel Furchester (The Furchester Hotel) for example. Apart from performing Come-Come, Paulo also puppeteered Bel on Pequenas Aventureiras as her performer Thais Carvalho was already playing Abby Cadabby. Other puppeteers Henrique worked with include Kelly Guidotti, Marilice Cosenza, and Magda Crudelli, to name a few. I wonder what other characters he performed on that show besides Come-Come since his page mentions "others" under the credits. Outside of Sesamo, some of his other puppet credits include the Brazilian TV series Que Monstro te Mordeu? and Os Cupins. Other than television, Paulo Henrique also worked in the theater as seen in shows like Show das Mascaras and Ze Ninguem, he also wrote and directed for the former. I wonder if he'll ever write and/or direct more shows in the future. Either way, he still does a fantastic job as an international Cookie Monster since he's been doing so since 2016. No telling what Paulo will have up his sleeve next because he's done numerous Brazilian puppet projects since 2010 and is still doing so today. Henrique must have felt excited to train with Martin P. Robinson prior to Cookie Monster's Sesamo debut on Brazilian television. Good old Robinson to give Brazilian puppeteers training as well as other international puppeteers to work Muppet-style puppets. There just doesn't seem to be anything this man can't do. Paulo Henrique, you're doing fantastic as Come-Come since his debut on Sesamo, but you should reveal what other characters you do. Keep on working for television and theater, so you'll be recognized more outside of Brazil. And make sure you brush up on your other neat skills besides puppetry. You're swell Paulo. Chip off the old puppet Henrique!
