Kristi Ann Holt

Kristi Ann Holt is a Canadian puppeteer, puppet/toy builder, artist, and designer who served as one of the wranglers and additional puppeteers on Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. She also served as puppet wrangler for the Henson Company series Opie's Home, with Jordan Lockhart as the title character. I'll bet Kristi was very excited to work on the revival of the classic Fraggle Rock since both versions were filmed in Canada where she lives. Outside, Holt built and wrangled puppets for several shows such as Tallboyz, Miss Persona, Piper's Pony Tales, and more. As for puppetry, she performed on The Fabulous Show with Fay and Fluffy and on The Legend of Rasputin short. On Fraggle Rock, some of the other puppeteers she worked with include Reese Scott, Brendan James Boyd, Russ Walko, and more. I read online that Jamie Shannon of The Grogs collaborated with Kristi Ann Holt for commercial work, but it's unknown which commercials they did together. Apart from that collaboration, she has mostly done tons of freelance work in her career and was probably called to audition for Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock by the producers. And who knows, she might continue to build, wrangle, and perform puppets on future projects by the Henson Company since they've always been brainstorming ideas. If wonder if Kristi was recommended by Lockhart before the show began production since they've worked together on Opie's House. Holt is probably going to continue making and performing puppets for the near future since she has some upcoming projects in the works. There is just no telling what she's going to do next. She must have been in awe when she got to hear the voice of Muppet legend Dave Goelz when his few characters appeared (though the voice was pre-recorded). Kristi Ann Holt, you're a fabulous builder, wrangler, and puppeteer for television. You've also done pretty well on Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock for seasons one and two as both wrangler and additional puppeteer. Amanda Glass is a British puppeteer and costume maker who puppeteered on season 1 of Sooty (2011) as well as part of the third season. She also puppeteered on the Sooty video Sooty: The Big Day Out as well as making many of the puppets' costumes on the series. Kirk Thatcher

Kirk Thatcher is a director, writer, producer, designer, and puppeteer who is best known for working with the Muppets since 1987 (according to an interview). He started his career working at George Lucas's Industrial Light and Magic when he was only 18. At ILM, Kirk designed, built, painted, and puppeteered creatures for many films such as Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, and Gremlins, to name a few. Later, Thatcher did many things like concept art and designs for music videos and starting a production company for director David Fincher. But his career with the Muppets started on The Jim Henson Hour as associate producer and designer of new characters before making Dinosaurs. Cas Willing

Cas Willing is a British designer and puppeteer who has worked on several early Creature Shop projects as mostly a designer but occasional puppeteer. She designed creatures on The Dark Crystal, Dreamchild (also cable control puppeteer), Labyrinth, and The Storyteller. For Dreamchild, Cas also performed with numerous others with the cable controls like Sadie Corre, Melissa Whitmire, Mike Quinn, and William Todd-Jones, to name a few. It's currently unknown what happened to Willing after The Storyteller series ended. She doesn't even have a self portrait of herself, as the picture above placed her in the back left of the other fellow Henson designers. Her only known outside project was on Return to Oz as one of the fabric designers of the mechanical characters, at least that's what IMDb says.
