Wayne White
Wayne White is a puppeteer, artist, illustrator, and art director who is known for his artistic creations over the years of his life. He served as a set and puppet designer and puppeteer on Pee-Wee's Playhouse doing lots of characters such as marionette Randy. Wayne has also done production and set design for Shining Time Station (also performing Tex in Season 1 before Alan Semok replaced him), Riders in the Sky, Beakman's World, and The Weird Al Show. White has even art directed and designed for a couple music videos; one by Peter Gabriel and and the other by Smashing Pumpkins. He got to work alongside several puppeteers such as Alison Mork, Kevin Carlson, Gregory Williams, and the puppeteers behind Flexitoon. He is one of the few puppeteers to have a painting career outside of puppetry. Wayne White has done many forms of art such as illustrations, sculptures, paintings, and even cartoons; there's just no telling what he can't do. I wonder what types of artwork he's creating today since he has what it takes to be both a talented and famous artist. He's should get in touch with the performers he worked with over the years and maybe show off his artwork, puppets, and sculptures. Even though Wayne didn't perform with the Muppets, he at least worked with several Muppet performers over the years. Let's hope White continues doing what he does best and that's being an artist. Maybe he'll influence other people to learn how to be artists like him someday. Wayne White, you've done puppetry and all other forms of art, and that's what makes you great. I hope you'll keep doing art and maybe someday puppeteer on a TV series again so you can meet more puppeteers. Just a thought, you don't have to do it if you don't want to. But still, never stop working with the many forms of art Wayne. You're the real masterpiece White!
