Kira Hall
Kira Hall is a Canadian puppeteer, voice actor, and writer who performed on Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock as Brio, Melody Merggle, and others. They must have been really excited to become a Muppet performer like their many co-workers such as Frank Meschkuleit. Kira has trained in The Jim Henson Company's Puppeteer Training Initiative Workshop in 2021, under Donna Kimball, Colleen Smith, and others that probably took place before filming commenced. Outside, Hall puppeteered on many screen and stage productions over the years. Their major ones include CBC Kids Studio K (as Cottonball), Canada Crew (as Bebe), and Gary's Magic Fort (as Snuggles), to name a few. As for stage, they did Avenue Q, as part of the first Canadian cast, and the title character on The Little Prince: Reimagined, a real breaking point in stardom. Like Ali J. Eisner, Kira Hall is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, which makes them the second puppeteer to be non-binary. It is amazing that they are considered another great Canadian puppeteer who has done many stuff. Personally, I think that they must be interviewed in a puppet podcast, either Under the Puppet or Puppet Tears, the two most well known. Kira reprised her place in Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock for the 2nd season. Hall's voice is also heard in many video games and animated TV shows, but that's something people will have to look up for themselves. Let's hope that they'll continue to perform on both television and theatre for the future. You never know when that will happen, but it might. Kira Hall, you've done a great job working on Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, not to mention those three shows mentioned earlier. Just do what you do best, and before you know it, you'll go down in history like your co-workers. It might not happen just yet but soon that day will come. Keep on puppeteering Kira. You've totally got this Hall!
