Helen Sloan

Helen Sloan is a Northern-Irish puppeteer and photographer who performed one of the Weatherberries on the first season of Sesame Tree. That was probably the only show she puppeteered on. How come Helen did only Sesame Tree and not other projects? Sloan could have also worked on The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance or on The Furchester Hotel as various guest characters. But I'm going to assume she's much happier doing photography, for most of her work in show business was being a photographer. Her most notable job was being an on-set photographer for Game of Thrones, where she's done stills, promo images, behind the scenes, and more. Some of Helen Sloan's other photography is seen on Cherrybomb, Ghost Machine and The Frankenstein Chronicles, to name a few. She has done a lot of photography and stills for many feature films and TV series. She must be more interested in photography than puppetry since she's done the former more than the latter. Helen's latest photographer credits included The Last Right, Windermere Children, and Foundation. It's a pity Sloan never did any photography for children shows because then she would be an expert on promoting. Maybe someday she will be photographer for a Henson Company project, because you never know when they'll need someone to take pictures of everything needed for promotion. Other puppeteers she worked with include Alana Kerr, Sarah Lyle, Paul Currie, and Lesa Gillespie, to name a few. Helen Sloan, you've done wonderful as a photographer for the whole Game of Thrones series as well as other projects. You also weren't bad at puppeteering on Sesame Tree (even if it was only one season). I hope you'll keep on photographing for many television series and feature films until you decide to wrap it up.
