Cecily Faye

Cecily Faye is an actress, puppeteer, stunt performer, composer, and filmmaker. Her most recent work with the Henson Company was on The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. Cecily has also been one of the creature performers on the Creature Shop effects film, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Faye could have done more work with both companies when she had the chance to do so. Her only outside puppetry credit is seen on a kid show called Jim Jam & Sunny. She has mostly performed stunts and did on-screen acting for many films. She did stunts for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Warrioress, Snow White and The Huntsman, and many more. Her on-screen acting is seen in Tarzan (2013), Ten Dead Men, Intergalactic Combat, and Babes with Blades Flower of Sarnia (to name a few). For those two of the films Babes and Warrioress, Cecily has also composed, written, produced, and directed for both films. Faye seems to be one of those many people to do almost everything when it comes to film work and behind the scenes. She must have been very famous for the film Warrioress and I am going to assume that's how she was brought to work on The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. Either that or one of the puppeteers that worked with her has suggested her to assist along with the others. She's got to work with Rebecca Nagan, Andy Heath, Katherine Smee, and Mark Jefferis. Cecily has to perform with with the Muppets someday because anyone who has worked in a Henson Company show should have the chance to perform or assist the Muppets. Faye should also show the Muppets how much she did outside of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy such as compose, write, produce, and direct. Her film career seems to be very vast and more full of action. I hope that when this pandemic ends, she'll be back into filmmaking and acting so she can make films until she decides to retire. Plus Cecily can try to perform her stunts at home so she can post it on social media for people to witness and like. It's not going to be easy, but it's worth a try. Cecily Faye, you are excellent at stunts and great at creating your own films. I hope you keep doing that and maybe someday decide to work with the Muppets on a project. Or maybe when the Henson Company decides to make a 2nd season of The Dark Crystal, I suggest that you be an additional puppeteer for that season too. For the meantime, excellent job Faye!
