Paul Zerdin

Paul Zerdin is a British ventriloquist and puppeteer who served as an additional performer on Muppet Treasure Island. I read he described his experience working with the Muppets as "an absolute dream come true" which was said in 2011. Who could blame Paul? The Muppets have been popular to many people and families for several years, bringing along puppeteers to help them out or perform. In 2014, Zerdin remembered his hiring and work on the film, as well as the differences between puppeteering with the Muppets and his own act. Paul also has his own ventriloquist act, which consists of his three original characters Albert, Baby, and Sam. With his characters, he won the 10th season of America's Got Talent and has also performed his act at the Royal Variety Performance. I guess Zerdin was pretty excited when he got to work on Muppet Treasure Island. His puppeteer friend suggested that he could meet one of the bosses and show him his stuff. Paul was introduced to Kevin Clash who brought him to Brian Henson who gave him the job. He's got one quality of a Muppet performer, and that's being in both the UK and the US. Paul Zerdin has also appeared in various TV shows like Comedy Rocks, The World Stands Up, Tonight at The London Palladium, and many more. Recently, he pantomimed in Snow White at the London Palladium after previously starring in Dick Whittington. I wish that he would meet up with the Muppets again, so he could show them his ventriloquist act and maybe do it along with them. Paul is another puppeteer to also be a ventriloquist like John Pattison does. Maybe when Zerdin has free moment in his life, he could meet up with the Muppets and ask to perform with them in their next production. Performing with the Muppets was his dream come true so maybe he'll keep that dream in the future and it could come true again someday. Paul Zerdin, you're a profession at ventriloquism and you know how to perform a great act. I hope you keep on doing ventriloquism and maybe someday the Muppet performers could try ventriloquism like you. I'm saying they have to but it's just a suggestion so they'll remember you. Keep on making people laugh and performing your three characters. By doing all of that, you'll be remembered always be everybody. Great job Zerdin!
