Brett O'Quinn is a puppeteer with the Walt Disney Company, who performed with the Muppets in a few productions. He performed Gonzo and the Snowths in a past Disney Cruise Lines show called Muppets Ahoy when Dave Goelz wasn't available. He also assisted the Muppets for the D23 Expo, a holiday special with Lady Gaga, and in Muppets Most Wanted. Brett was even a member of Puppet Up improv class and worked in two Muppet Workshops and one Sesame Street Workshop. Outside of the Muppets, O'Quinn has been a cast member at the Disneyland and Walt Disney World theme parks where he puppeteered in several different shows. Shows like The Legend of The Lion King, Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Bear in the Big Blue House: Live on Stage, and many more. Other projects he worked on was an episode of The Simpsons, Zip-A-Gang, and Juno Baby. It looks like Brett is very lucky to be a Walt Disney performer for several different shows. But why doesn't he perform other Muppets like he did on the Disney Cruise Line? Maybe his Gonzo voice wasn't the same when Dave Goelz performed him. Who knows, maybe Brett O'Quinn will take over the role of Gonzo someday when Dave Goelz either retires or dies. He got to hear Jim Henson and Frank Oz when playing the role of Sweetums for Muppet*Vision 3D, as nobody else could without a pre-recorded track. O'Quinn must be very proud of himself to puppeteer in all of those shows in both Florida and California as a part of Disney. Brett O'Quinn, keep on puppeteering and you'll forever be a Disneyland Star. Maybe someday you'll be a new recruit to the Muppet performers. Keep on dreaming and it might happen!
