Susan Beattie

Susan Beattie is a British puppeteer who works mainly on stage and occasionally in Henson Company projects. The main show she performed on was Mopatop's Shop as various guest characters. Susan was also an additional puppeteer on Muppets Most Wanted and The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. I don't know what happened to Beattie between her times of Henson work. Even though she performed several characters on Mopatop's Shop, that still only counts as one show where she was main. She also did the Creature Shop film The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy as one of the many puppeteers alongside other performers. Outside of Henson, Susan Beattie's puppetry was mainly seen in British stage shows, but I think she puppeteered on a Comic Relief movie in 2015. I'm not sure about this either, but I'm guessing she was also one of the puppeteers for an Animated All Star music video which was known as the BBC Children in Need. Her other puppetry work can be seen on Mongrels, Monty & Co., and Jurassic World Domination. No matter what Susan does, Mopatop's Shop will probably be her best known show. I say Beattie needs to do more puppet work with Henson and also with the Muppets as well. Also, I'd like to know what are the names of the stage shows she performed on, that way the whole world will know as well. Other puppeteers she worked with have included Mark Mander, Daisy Beattie (her sister), Damian Farrell, Lynn Robertson Bruce, and many more. Susan Beattie, you were great with Henson Company and are wonderful when it comes to performing on stage. You also assisted the main Muppet performers on Muppets Most Wanted. Keep on puppeteering and maybe when there's another Henson show filmed in the UK, it might be your chance to perform with them again. Dream on Susan. Take a bow Beattie!
