Allan Trautman
Allan Trautman is a puppeteer and director who is best known for performing in various Muppet and Henson productions. His first work with the Muppets was on Muppet*Vision 3D, a Disney theme park attraction which he got to meet Jim Henson. Allan later performed on Dinosaurs as the face operator for various characters including the main character Fran Sinclair. Trautman soon played various characters with the Muppets as seen in Muppets Tonight, Muppet Classic Theater, and Muppets from Space, just to name a few. He is also a chief puppeteer for Henson Alternative where he performed on Puppet Up, Alt/Reality, The Happytime Murders, and more. For directing, he directed PBS Kids shows Splash & Bubbles (performed too ) and Sid the Science Kid, both shows are Henson Company projects. Outside of Henson and the Muppets, Allan Trautman puppeteered on many projects like Greg the Bunny, Pryor's Place, and The Adventures of Timmy the Tooth, to name a few. He must be exhausted working on all of those shows through the passing years. He's still working with the Muppets today as seen on their live appearances and Muppets Haunted Mansion. Allan's recent Henson Company projects include Earth to Ned (assisting Paul Rugg) as well as Slumberkins. Trautman was also paired with other puppeteers like Ted Michaels, Mak Wilson, and Brian Henson, amongst others. As for outside, his latest project was The Barbarian and the Troll. I hope he continues to perform on shows by both the Henson Company and the Muppets. Allan Trautman, you're one of the most talented puppeteers and you're no so bad at directing. I personally think you should be the next heir for the king of puppetry. Keep on working with the Muppets and Henson and just maybe that dream will come true like other puppeteers' dreams have over the years. To me, you are already royal Allan. May you always be helpful Trautman!
