Spencer Wilding

Spencer Wilding is a Welsh actor, suit performer, and stunt performer who is specialized in the latter two roles. His only known work with the Creature Shop was in the film The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy where he played a Vogon soldier. At least Spencer got to work with various Muppet performers for that film such as Sarah Wright, Andy Heath, Lynn Robertson Bruce, and Warwick Davis, to name a few. Apart from that film, Wilding is more well-known for doing prosthetics and suits for many feature films beginning with Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Some of his film credits include The Wolfman (stunt double for werewolf), Wrath of the Titans (minotaur), Guardians of the Galaxy (alien guard), and Victor Frankenstein (Prometheus). He also did various roles on two TV series, Doctor Who and Game of Thrones, as well as be one of the two performers of Darth Vader in Rogue One. It must have been very exciting for Spencer Wilding to co-perform Vader of the Star Wars franchise, although the film itself was a spin-off of the franchise technically. Besides suits and prosthetics, he appeared on-screen in Batman Begins, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, and Green Street 2: Never Back Down, not to mention stunt work on Green Lantern. He's still performing for television and film today and is even executive producer for a segment of a new project called Blood/Stream. Spencer has really gone from being an actor/performer to the person in charge. Maybe in the future, Wilding will become a producer of his own production company as a sign of him becoming more in charge. You never know when an actor will become someone who puts a film together as either producer or director or something. Let's hope he'll do another Creature Shop project in the future as well. Spencer Wilding, you're a wonderful actor and performer when it comes to suits and stunts. Keep on performing for films, that way people will admire you. You really made a star out of yourself. Great work Spencer. Peace out Wilding!
