Kelly Wallwork

Kelly Wallwork is an Australian artist and puppeteer who only puppeteered on the first season of The Ferals as Kylie. She hasn't worked with the Muppets or Sesame Street at all, but she has worked with puppeteers that have worked with the Henson Company. Kelly worked alongside David Collins, Emma de Vries, Mal Heap, and Terry Ryan before she was replaced by Danielle Baker. Wallwork has worked within the art department doing freelance work in shows and films. She did art for both Happy Feet & Happy Feet Two, Pearlie, Heidi, and many more. She also works at Lennox Street Studios, an art studio where many forms of art are created. Personally, I believe Kelly Wallwork should have done animated shows by the Henson Company or at least animated segments for Sesame Street. It's a shame she didn't do a lot of puppetry before going into arts, than she would have done more characters other than Kylie of The Ferals. Her recent project was on three episodes of Jellystone as a background artist for Cheeky Little Media, the company responsible for the animation. I wonder if Kelly was even interested in being a puppeteer in the first place since she only did it for one year. What if Wallwork was only selected to work on The Ferals because they were short on puppeteers for the series? At least she is keeping herself busy with all of the artworks she does over the years. I just hope that she will meet up with the Henson Company real soon. Kelly Wallwork, you're an excellent artist and you know how to stylize both films and television shows in the animated format. I only wish that you would have worked with the Muppets when you had the chance. Until you do meet the Muppets, keep on making art all across Australia and maybe someday across the whole world. You really have what it takes Kelly. G'day to you Wallwork!
