Graeme Haddon
Graeme Haddon is an Australian puppeteer, director, set designer, and puppet builder. He was part of the team operating Pilot and Rygel on Farscape through part of the third season and later returned for work on Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars. Graeme had another Creature Shop project and that was in a stage show called Pan. I don't know why Haddon didn't perform in any Henson Company show that was filmed in Australia such as Me and My Monsters and Bambaloo. He could have had that chance to direct or puppeteer with Emma de Vries, Rosalyn Oades, or David Collins, but I guess he was way happier doing what he wanted to do. Outside of Farscape, he is the founder of a puppet company called Balooga, where it specializes in puppets, sets, and shows. Graeme Haddon directed and puppeteered on Series 1 of The Wiggles, designed the sets for Hi-5, and performed on the touring arena show Walking with Dinosaurs, to name a few. Balooga has also produced many live shows such as Ninjago: Realm of Shadows, Jack and the Dreamers, Pinocchio the Musical, and National Day 47, to name a few. Their latest work was designing/building the sets and puppets on New MacDonald's Farm, Jay's Jungle, and Awakened. I'm amazed that Graeme has done all of those shows with his company and they also had elements from the Creature Shop, which was puppets, costumes, and props. However, I do wish that Haddon would work in another Henson Company show someday. I read the Balooga has studied the Sesame Street style puppetry in order to remake their own version of Avenue Q. Let's hope Rick Lyon isn't offended by that. Graeme Haddon, you've done wonderful on Farscape and also at Balooga. Keep on running it because you've got to make so many productions including The Wiggles. Maybe someday you'll remember the Creature Shop. Until then keep up the great work Graeme. G'day Haddon!
