Nancy Davoust

Nancy Davoust was a French puppeteer and a former member of the Magenia Company mime troupe who worked on the French co-production of Fraggle Rock. She assisted David Barclay in puppeteering Croquette, the French version of Sprocket in the early seasons. Nancy also worked with Mike Quinn, Geoff Felix, and Jean-Pierre Dutour, the latter puppeteering Gobo and Uncle Traveling Matt. Davoust should have also done French co-productions of Sesame Street when she had the chance because they involve puppeteers who speak her language. Outside, she also taught mime and acting in Dieppe and Angers based on her experience with the Magenia Company mime troupe. It's too bad the internet does not have an actual image of her, the image above doesn't look like the puppeteer. Nancy Davoust must have done more projects involving puppetry, but Muppet Wiki doesn't mention anything else about her as of now. At least she worked with a few Muppet performers during her time on the French version of Fraggle Rock (in new material). The wiki believes that she is dead, but there is no proof on what year she died or if she even died in the first place. Nancy is still another one of those puppeteers to also be a mime, others include Daniel Seagren, Sue Dacre, and David Maida. If Davoust is still alive, she should get interviewed and share her other puppetry credits. But if she's dead, then she lived a good life and is still considered one of the international Fraggle Rock performers. There are hardly any of those listed on the Muppet Wiki in its category. Nancy Davoust, people should know whether you're alive or not because your page says "was" but it doesn't state when. Otherwise, you did great on the French version of Fraggle Rock puppeteering Croquette. Eventually, there will be more info about you on your page, I just know it. Until then, enjoy life in the great beyond Nancy. You've lived a good life Davoust!
