Lori Lehman

Lori Lehman is a puppeteer and producer who is, once again, another person who hasn't worked with the Muppets or Sesame Street. She mostly worked in a series of videos entitled The Donut Man, serving as an associate producer and a puppeteer (usually assistant). Lori got to work alongside puppeteer and ventriloquist Steve Axtell who created and performed Duncan the Donut. Lehman also got to work with other puppeteers such as Kimberly McDermott, John Hardman, and Angela Gage; none of which have worked with Sesame Street nor the Muppets. I wonder if she ever had difficulty working on The Donut Man as she was both associate producer and puppeteer at the same time, not to mention almost all of the videos were shot on-location. I read that her last known work was as key production assistant on a movie called White Wolves II: Legend of the Wild. It's unknown whatever happened to Lori Lehman after 1996, there aren't even any images of her performing a puppet. She is yet another puppeteer to be unknown to the public, others have included David Maida and Patricia Lewis. It's a shame that she did not choose to work on Sesame Street, since she would have been great with children. Why doesn't Lori get interviewed in an appearance or something? I say Lehman should come out of hiding and reveal to the world what she's been doing all these years after 1996. There's always a chance for her to produce a project for kids in the future. Lori Lehman, you are another mysterious person to not have a lot of info about yourself. Despite not working on Sesame Street, you still worked with kids in The Donut Man videos. Until you decide to reveal yourself to public again, remember all the fun times you had between 1993-1996 as both puppeteer & producer. Don't be a stranger Lori. You're a part of this blog Lehman!
