Genevieve Flati
Genevieve Flati is an actress, puppeteer, producer, and clown who worked in various Henson Company projects. In 2019, she appeared as a member of the Puppet Up improv troupe in their shows at The Jim Henson Company Lot, performing many puppets. Genevieve's latest work with Henson was on the show Earth to Ned as an additional performer for many episodes. Flati also puppeteered on All Sewn Up, Kookamakaluka, and an episode of Big Mouth. Outside of puppetry, she has been a clown in the Ringling Brother Circus National Tour and lived on a circus train performing in tours across America and Mexico. She is one of the many puppeteers to also be a clown, others include Star Townshend, Sue Morrison, and Fred Garbo. Genevieve Flati is probably most famous for being the creator/director of (Wo)men Rule Broadway, a production which women can perform any song or role they wanted. She has also worked as a performer and puppeteer for Disneyland and Disney Junior Live on Stage for 5 1/2 years. It's like David Maida, Jeff Conover, and Brett O'Quinn, all have puppeteered for Disneyland for many years. Genevieve has even served as a producer for a recent series called WOMP & CO. Flati is very popular when it comes to working in the circus and theatre as not a lot of puppeteers could ever spend their teenage years with the circus. Puppet Up has made a good choice at picking her to be part of their troupe. She at least got to work with many puppeteers living in California. Genevieve Flati, I hope you keep on working with (Wo)men Rule Broadway and that you keep puppeteering for television and stage. You were amazing when you've performed with the circus when you were just a teen. Keep up the great work and you'll be recognized for your talents by your many fans in the future. You never know when you see someone who appreciates you Genevieve. Excellent clowning around Flati!
