Andrew Moriarty
Andrew Moriarty is a puppeteer, writer, and producer whose main job is being an associate producer at Sesame Workshop. He is also a Muppet performer and writer on Sesame Street. It says Andrew has started out as a production intern during the 40th season of Sesame Street. Ever since the next season, Moriarty has transitioned from production assistant to various roles, currently working as a writer for both the show and web content, and a digital producer. For many specials, videos, and even a concert, he was either a writer, producer, or performer. Since the 44th season, Andrew has also been assistant Muppet performer for Sesame Street, right-handing and performing various characters. Moriarty has also performed on the show's float in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and the 2016 special Once Upon a Sesame Street Christmas. He's even appeared on-screen in two Sesame Street videos, one is a music video, and one is a regular video called "Take Your Muppet to Work Day." It's amazing how a person could remain a producer for a company for many years. Moriarty received on-screen credit as writer and lyricist for "Hey, Hey, Hey, We're On Our Way", for Sesame Street's latest appearance on the 2019 Macy's Parade telecast. He also performed a Muppet turkey for a pre-recorded scene. Seems to me that working with Sesame Workshop has also put him in one of their puppeteer workshops for him to puppeteer as well as work behind the scenes. I wonder if Andrew has ever considered working on other projects by Sesame Workshop like Helpsters because it features several Muppet performers that have worked on Sesame Street like Stephanie D'Abruzzo and Martin P. Robinson. Whatever he'd do is alright since he's remaining popular by the crew behind Sesame Street. I just hope that he keeps working with Sesame Workshop since he's promoted to digital producer. Andrew Moriarty, you're a talented producer, writer, and puppeteer. Keep on working with Sesame Workshop and maybe you'll receive a promotion and work on other shows by the same company. You never know when Sesame Workshop is going to produce another production featuring puppetry or animation. Since you are the producer and writer at Sesame Workshop, you should keep writing as well. Awesome work Andrew!
