BJ Guyer
BJ Guyer is a puppeteer, puppet designer/builder, and producer who worked on some Muppet projects and a couple Sesame Street videos. His first Muppet job was Floyd's costume performer in the Here Come the Muppets show. BJ later assisted in The Muppets at Walt Disney World, Muppets from Space, Studio DC: Almost Live, and The Muppets (2011). Guyer even served as one of the puppet builders for The Muppets Wizard of Oz, which I personally think he should have performed on too. He only did two projects on Sesame Street, both were Christmas productions starring Elmo. Outside, he is more well known for performing on various shows such as The Book of Pooh, Pahappahooey Island, Videogame Theater, Mack & Moxy, and Crank Yankers (also coordinating producer). BJ Guyer also did numerous films like Team America: World Police, Willy's Wonderland, and The Curse of Bridge Hollow, to name a few. Despite not doing any characters for the Muppets, he did get to work with Jim Henson when he did the Walt Disney World special. Some of the other puppeteers he worked with over the years have included Todd Coyle, Carol Binion, Daniel Weissbrodt, and Tracie Mick, to name a few. BJ had the honor to meet Henson before his death in 1990. Guyer is probably still going to design, build, produce, and perform puppets for the near future. And who knows, maybe someday he'll do another production featuring the Muppets. There just isn't anything impossible he can't do, and even if there is, I'm sure they'll be other options for him to do. BJ Guyer, you've done great with the Muppets and you're still doing so well on other TV shows and feature films. Keep up the great work and keep track of the many Muppet projects you did. Don't stop until you feel like it. Game on BJ. You're a pro Guyer!
