Sue Morrison

Sue Morrison is a Canadian performer and clown trainer who puppeteered on Brats of the Lost Nebula by The Jim Henson Company. She could have done other Henson Company shows or worked as an additional puppeteer for the Muppets whenever they were in Canada. If it says that Sue is a performer, then she should work with either Henson or the Muppets. Morrison has done even less puppetry outside of The Jim Henson Company. The only known show that she puppeteered on was The Adventures of Dudley the Dragon as all the female puppets. As a worldwide teacher of the arts of clown and bouffon, she is a renowned practitioner of Canadian clowning. That's a mask-based clown technique devised by the late Richard Pochinko (Sue Morrison was once an apprentice of Richard himself). I've read that she is now the current Artistic Director of the TTRC which stands for Toronto's Theatre Resource Centre. I also read that she is also an alumnus of the improvisational comedy troupe of Second City, performing with its defunct London, Ontario Branch. Sue also worked in the Theatresports company along with Sandra Shamas, Gordon Robertson, and Mike Myers. I find it amazing how one clown trainer such as Morrison can work alongside these different types of comedy troupes across Canada. She is probably still training people to become clowns in a circus and doing many types of entertainment. But I still wish that she would work with the Muppets, because anyone who can perform very well show work alongside the Muppets. Sue Morrison, keep on working with entertainment and maybe join the Muppets someday. After all, there's no business like show business! You also did great on Dudley the Dragon performing all of the puppets with James Rankin. Real funny business Sue. Keep at it Morrison!
